I think Rick at High Preformance House in Redwood City might have some as they are the same parts for the 75-76 2.0L 914's which he has a ton of parts for.
AutomoblieAtlanta lists some new ones for sale so contact them too.

with the pipe facing up and viewed from the rear, the flange (yellow arrow) points in to the trans and engine.

Driver side - Left 021-251-551
Passenger side - Right 021-251-552
