Searching for random parts – brake caliper mounting bolts

Stuck at home and searching for random parts I’m going to need – front brake caliper mounting bolts for a 1974 KG Coupe. VW part # 311 615 293. My current bolts are visibly fatigued (unfortunately, no pictures handy). Definitely need to replace before getting on the road.

I have only found them so far in the UK (pretty expensive) or with calipers that I don’t need. Any ideas?

OR can I replace these VW bolts with a good quality bolt of the same size? If so what size? The Parts List does not include a size, just a part number.

I got some new ones at my FLAPS store, grade 9 metric, can't recall size

Thanks. I'll measure next time I visit the car. At least I don't need to order original VW bolts from the UK.
