Hi folks. found a fridolin with the usual lower 4 inches of outer panel rust, rusty roofline/drip rails on passenger side only, no windscreen or door windows, no steering wheel, no drivers seat (has the folding passengers seat though), no engine hatch and missing engine valance. Otherwise everything else is there and relatively sound, scat shifter and real fuch wheels. Pans are fine.
The owner believes it is past it (he's no welder). I don't believe so though.
I have no idea what to offer him for it. Sorry cant post pics but some general guidance would help.
cheers

Can anyone give me a rundown of the vin ranges by year/month please?
I have a speedo dated 68 but no guarantee its original. Any other places I might find a date stamp?
Uploaded some new pics in my gallery after a brief scrub. Its going to need pans, sills, rear panels, corners maybe, and the roof rails are rotted out all the way round. Has everything except the owner cant find the bumpers.
Cheers

Have you brought it back to Australia?
I would have bought it in the same position. |
