Tom Hawk purchased two items from me. All went well in beginning. Fast Payment and Clear Communication. Posted out 31 March US Postal Service-tracking disclosed sluggish movement with all tracking halted on 9 April. I made several attempts via Postal site help page-too large for dial up to handle. Following email from Tom and after inquiring from Post Office where mailed-no help from them. Over a weekend back to Post Office on Monday for business and inquiry-they checked and it was out for delivery. Took 28 days from Tennessee to Arizona, normally 1st Class delivers in 3-4 days pre COVID-19, about 5 days on average now. This is Second time this has occurred last 4 months-Only difference is Both packages Were in a Tube!! I think Government incompetence. First package was pre COVID-19. Thanks much Tom for your Patience in this long gestation and final arrival!!!
