Nothing about day/night but if you need a larger rear view mirror you could use this PANORAMA SPIEGEL from HAGUS. It mesures 260MM X 65 MM.

The PR reads:

So counting the months from August to February, about half of the 65 production came with the smaller centered version.
BTW: I am missing that rubber pad. It sadly got lost at disassembly Does anyone have a spare to sell? |

The gas door buffers work. You may have to modify the lip or cut it off on the rubber. |
