Help identifying backing plate

I'm not well versed in type 3 parts. Can someone identify these? I'd like to use them on my '66 Doublecab and keep the drums 5 lug. I was told they are from a '64

Do you know the diameter of them? They do look like t-3 wide 5 backing plates (up thru 65).

If you can find later backing plates, use them. they have holes to adjust the shoes from the rear instead of through the drum.

Good to know. Are these desirable for a Type 3 guy, or can I just drill some holes in these to replicate the holes I'd get with a later T3 plate?
