most probably another shot fromt the Grossglockner Hochportal. Check the motorcycle riders in the background. Shocked these guys didn't fear the weather back then.
The Samba has another S 72 *** registration, which were assigned to taxis/ tourist buses in S alzburg.

the champion has a lot in common with the beetle. tube chassis, rear engine/gearbox independent suspension and swingaxles. the body was styled by drautz and the semi-circular windows revolved open/shut.
