i was wondering if the oil cooler is a part that can go bad? Is it just a passage way for the oil to pass through outside of the case? or are there actually parts in it that could go bad? Mine is leaking on my 78 bus and im wondering if jnust replacing the gaskeets will fix it?

Anything can go bad, but the most likely problem is the seals.
