‘86 2.1, Manual:
Are the new driveshaft flange circleclips expected to be this much smaller than the ones that came off please? (i’m about to tear my hair out on these turds.)

ayup. you're old ones look like they were tweaked a bit when removing. it's a pretty standard item and if you bought them from a good vendor, run with it!

Did you accidentally get ones for the CV joints?

I’ll be darned. Both correct I think. I indeed ordered cv clips thinking they were synonymous. Thank you so much! These are not easily searched apparently however. It’s important to have the correct part #.
The one I needed was #014311317 NOT #113517279.
