I think you are talking of Kimbel Rich's bus. I don't think that Rich Kimball owns a Barndoor.

Cool! I haven't seen the movie yet but that sounds like it is the bus that he imported from Austria about 2 years ago..
I guess the previous owner would have never thought that his bus could ever be seen in a Hollywood movie. Smile

I just watched Ford vs. Ferrari and I think this same Barndoor Kombi was in the movie at a couple points.

It was parked across the street at a Surf Shop in a few shots.
