I have a 1915 with a turbo running a Holley carb in my 67 Beetle. I bought the CB performance cable to extend the cable and housing. The problem I have is that the travel of the accelerator pedal is not enough to open the Holley wide open.
Has anyone else encountered this or have a solution ? |

You can either increase cable movement on your pedal (moving the cable attachment point further from the pivot) or make the attachment point at the carb closer to the pivot. _________________ D-Dubya Manx clone - 63 Short pan,1914.

There are usually 3 holes on the Holley throttle lever. You can use one of the inner holes if your pedal doesn't have enough travel. You may have to source a different stud to mount in the smaller hole. |
