No, this is standard mount on the nose. Notice the pic of the Westy with the trailer how low the spare sits. The mount is actually on the bumper. This just looks like someone built supports for the nose mounted spare. The mount on the Westy with the trailer could just be another bumper mount and not the Westfalia sourced one, hard to say.
