Whats the easiest way to remove the old rubber lower control arm bushings with the control arm installed on the van? Thanks for any ideas )))

You’ll likely need to fabricate a tool using all thread, some heavy washers and a piece of tube to act as a sleeve to receive the old bushing. Assemble your tool and tighten down on the thread rod. Eventually it should pull the bushing out. I would not try to burn it out with the arm installed.

Get this tool from your FLAPS loaner program and use it to press the bushings out. There’s YouTube videos of a person using it.

Drill around the metal bushing in the center until it is loose and hammer it out. Once the metal sleeve is out the rubber is easy to push out.
