Original '64 Patina Bahama Blue Bug. Has the early pop outs, original pans, extremely solid heater channels and pans. Car sat from 1986-2017.

Not sure, put a roof rack on it and list it? Drive it? We shall see.

Clear Coat it, put a roof rack on it and drive the piss out of it! |
awesome. i honestly think with some work that paint will be so good you definitely wont need any clear. good luck with it |

suggest no clear i cleared a rusty car that i dehumidified for weeks prior to painting and the rust pin bubbled the paint from the bottom. i sold the car swhile it still looked good. wouldnt want to see it today. think wash, buff and seal with wax, that way you can manage it (rusty areas) with clear there is no managing it |

Nice find! I have to agree with the others here. That car will shine up real nice with a good buffing. Finish it off with wax and it will stay like that with minimum upkeep. I've done both of my bugs this way. _________________ 63 Beetle Build: The Army Brat |
