Fender guards need drilling?

Do these guards from WW need drilling into the fenders to be mounted? Anyone’s used them?

No they clip around the fender lip and fasten with the running board bolt also. Should not have to drill any extra holes in fender
different brand but you can see the hole/slot for the RB bolt.

Thanks 60ragtop! Now I need to decide if I want front and rear, just rear, or none at all. Lol
