I'm trying to find a shop that can dyno tune my buggy in the San Diego area. I want the air/fuel ratio dialed in, timing curve checked and the car actually run so it's tuned correctly. I have a stroker engine with dual Webers and while it runs and starts well, the pipe and plugs are consistently black and the fuel consumption is high, Any recommendations appreciated...

Paradise is up in San Marcos.

IDFs? Reduce your idle jets 1 step and test. How much timing? How much compression?

Yes, IDF Webers and the motor is in a pre runner, so it doesn't sit and idle too much. The shop that built the motor doesn't have the equipment to actually dial everything in and guarantee that it's right the first time. Does VW Paradise have a dyno and a Weber specialist???

Yes, they have a chassis dyno and use it for their 1000+hp VW drag car. They absolutely have the skills to tune it.
