Is there a kit with these rotors?

Has anybody seen a kit that comes with these rotors? They are Empi's but I haven't been able to find them in kit form. They are sold as replacements for kits: 22-2885-0, 22-2895-0. Neither come with drilled rotors. Ad says 66-67 but I've checked the part number and the year reference is a typo.
