OK. After installing 2 12" amber LED strips under the dash and installing one 12" red in the rear hood for a third brake light, I wanted to try a daytime running light that was always on. Please be gentle….. [/img] |

Not for me... it really doesn't work at all. If you want your lights on during the daytime, turn your lights on. _________________ Rob

Yea, it is not too bright in the second pic. However, that is the most light that would ever be facing the front of the car. It is very noticeable in the shade. I wanted a cheap way to make the car more visible when my 16 year old takes his girls cruising, and one that wouldn't kill the battery when he left the lights on. I wired the LED to the horn relay and grounded it to the horn ground. That turns them on and off with the switch.

You may want to put those lights in the back seat, because that is where they will be the most helpful for you 16yr old. Just sayin. _________________ If you take time to do it, do it right and don't be so damn cheap.....🤙🏻
