Reminds me of the picture of the guy flying something similar with what looks like a VW motor powering it. _________________ Prosit!

I went to buy a 1968 SC from the original owner in the early-mid 1990's after answering an ad in the local paper. I bought the SC and we chatted and turns out he had owned a VW Dealership in the California. He had a few pictures of his place that he made photocopies of for me. I liked it because my then girlfriend (now wife) had a 1965 EZ Camper and here was a picture of a similar one on the showroom floor.
His last name was Diehl or Biehl and I think it was part of the dealership name. I had other pics but can't find them.
Cheers,
Dave

It reminds me of how the doors on that stretched kettle corn bus worked, but why on this non-stretched one?

My thoughts exactly!
But, look a bit closer... seems to me that these doors are somewhat "closer" to the back of the bus than normal doors would be!?! I mean, the "normal" door should not even be visible from that angle! Maybe and addition of a third door? _________________ Some people are so busy being clever they don't have time enough to be wise. |
