A friend saw this at a salvage in NM - I kinda' like it anyone know, what it is?

It goes really well with those '38 and '40 Ford hoods you used to be able to get for Beetles. I love it! Grab onto it before it ends up in the crusher!

I asked Burly and he said it's not the kit he designed. He said it's a BGW Willys coupe kit. Appearantly they were a very well made kit.
