VW Fun Challenge

The point of this VW Challenge thread is to get people out and about in their cars, to drive them somewhere and take a picture of their car along with the subject of the challenge. Posting pictures previously taken is permitted but discouraged -- again, the purpose is to encourage folks to actually get out and drive their cars. A challenge to post old or before/after pictures et cetera is contrary to the whole point behind this thread.

A refresher from the original post:
"The idea is to post a picture of your VW next to whatever the challenge is. First one that completes the challenge and posts the pic then chooses the next challenge. If after a week or so the challenge is not met then a new one will take its place."

"The point of the game is to get out and drive so most of the challenges should be something you might have to drive to get completed."

I think the whole point of the Fun Challenge is to get people out driving their VW's somewhere not just sharing old photos. I have plenty of old photos in my thread already.

I pulled this up from the gallery and linked to it, bumping up the joy this thread gives.

This photo is from Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, a UNESCO World Heritige Site.

The wildest colored thing that I saw once was a fluorescent cancrine ectoplasm that came out of both ends of my neighbor’s tomcat. By the time I got my bus next to it to snap the shot, my buddy had hosed it off his daughter.

In our little town they have been doing some murals to make the downtown a little more interesting. I had one in mind, but figured, what the heck, let's do a few (there are probably another 6 or 7 besides these).

I really love that first one. So how about your vw in its winter hibernation. It can be covered or not.(That's for all our northern friends. It was 72° here today).
