| Bob purchased a VW hood emblem from me. I erroneously shipped the incorrect unit. He got his $ returned for the part he purchased from me and got to keep my emblem. He left me bad feedback. |

| The seller above did send the wrong emblem. He also stated he was going to send a return label for the emblem, and never did. Almost a month past by and no word. I offered to get a shipping quote for him to return it, no replies. As for the emblem I paid for was sold per his email and the one I received was in very poor condition. Also the one emblem I wanted to receive was in great condition per the pics. I have no intention on keeping the one he sent, I have many like it in pristine condition vs this one that's all scratched up, missing tabs ect ect. |

| I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the transaction I just completed with Rob! I purchased a 4 inch ball joint narrowed beam and some other parts from him. Sent the cash old school through the mail. The communication and accommodations were reminiscent of the good old days! I had the opportunity to meet up at his place to avoid shipping. Would not hesitate to do business in the future with The ADAC.. Thanks again! |
