I removed my rear under seat heater. The wiring is still in place. Is there any value in keeping this in place? Should I cut it out?

It's very useful for running circuits from the engine bay to the dashboard. If you want to add things like oil pressure and oil temp gauges, the heater wiring harness is perfect for that. I would not remove it.

As above - plus if it's not in the way why remove it? Just tuck it to the side, one day it might prove very useful. _________________ Jim Crowther

I'm installing a 5'x5' plywood subfloor. I'll use a holesaw and drill a hole for it to pass through and just tie it off for future use.
Thanks. _________________ Patrick Brown

My idea was to use the switch to turn on lights in the back. _________________ "Use the SEARCH, Luke" But first visit the Vanagon FAQ!

In my truck I use it for controller my power inverter and combining my batteries.
In my van I use it to read the blinky lights for the Subaru, instead of going under the rear seat and plugging the green connectors together I can do it right form the drivers seat.
