Does anybody know what happened to Florian? There were more ore less regular updates on the project with last one being almost six months old now.
In the last post he hints there are a health issues?
Just wandering if anyone can confirm both Florian and his project go strong still..

It's still going strong, im working on restoring a very big section of the original 51 metal work right now. Hopefully updates via Florians blog very soon.

Nice! I've checked the blog many times in the past year and it's great to see some news about this incredible, almost surreal project.
I'm amazed by the amount of original metal that is in that roof panel. It just looks like some partly repairs are done to it instead of a precise reconstruction out of some remaining pieces of metal. Well done. |

Thanks to all of you who are still interested in the project. I had a real hard time and dindn´t find the motivation for writing the blog, but I promise to write more frequently now, especially since Mark is speeding up the project.
So I did post several new stories in the last weeks and will continiue.
I put the Samba in the attendees list for HO 2022, hope to see you there again, alive and healthy.
