Hi wheel nuts!

Does anybody know what kind of rim this is:

It's alloy, it is supposed to be 4x130, 15 inch and 5.5 inch wide.

Somebody is selling these and I am interested.
But I want to search for pictures with beetles with these rims.
That's pretty difficult without a name.

Greetings,
Gerrelt.

Wow, that's fast. They sure look like Dan Gurney's, that must be it!
Hmm.. I quite like them.

Thanks Glenn!

A few different wheel manufacturing companies made those style rims. Dan Gurney being one of them.

Original Gurneys have his name on the backside of the rim.

The ones you posted i believe are the American Racing version. Which used 4 screw holes to mount the center cap.

I have a friend that runs a set of the American Racing rims. I dig them.

I have just acquired a set of those with the screw holes (14-inchers). Someone in another thread showed an ad that indicated "Per-Spec Industries" for that type. I wonder, did perhaps American Racing make them for "Per-Spec," or perhaps vice versa?

Here are mine (they came with "P/S" center caps, similar to the illustration above, but no visible markings on the wheels themselves). Looking forward to refinishing & using them:

The original name for these wheels is "McAfee Wheels" ...
The tread below has many variations of this style wheel.
