This piece does get machined from both sides. We are still refining the design to more closely match the original pulley. We had to make a prototype so we could get something in our hands and have a base to work from.

The stock ones do wear out for sure, the groove in one of mine is worn right through the V in some spots. It’s about time someone Cnc’d a replacement Dancing

No sir. We’ve only made two prototypes so far. Still refining the piece, then will need tested. This is a slow process, unfortunately. I will keep this thread updated with its progress. Thanks for your interest!
