Hello, did a search but could not find a clear answer... but did anyone had any luck with removing a snapped off bleeder valve?
if so, any tips?
was thinking of taking the wheel cilinder apart so I could heat it a bit and let it cool off (potentially few times) to break it a bot loose and then trying with an extractor tool? But looking at the size of the bleeder not even sure if there exists and extractor for those tiny screws?
Or better to drill but how far can I drill and what would be the max size?
Thanks!

Take the cyl. apart and soak it in a container of 50/50 mix of Acetone and ATF over night then tap it with a flat blade screw driver that will fit between the threads while twisting the screw driver counter clockwise. The threads are a loose fit as it uses the tapered seat at the bottom of the hole to seal so do not drill. Clean well with alcohol or brake cleaner and reassemble. |

If you have the product "Evaporust" there, it is even better. Yes, disassemble and soak. You might try an easy-out, or other left-handed tapered extractor.
