This may have been posted before, however could not find.
Sorry If I am duplicating.

Is there a recommended way to remove the transmission along with CV, drive shafts and hubs as a unit?
I have dropped the motor out already.
Appreciate the suggestions.

Search subframe removal. It’s been talked about thoroughly in a few build threads. It’s also in the Bentley manual. Duckman on YouTube has a few good videos. Here’s a link to the first.

It only has 5 bolts holding it onto the chassis. Leave the tires on so you can roll it around.

Appreciate the info and suggestions.
Duckman and his ample helper have some good vid's to assist for sure.

Think I will leave the sub-frame in and just remove trans and wheel assemblies as will be using the torsion bar bolt locations for rotisserie.

squareback is up in the air on rotisserie.
pics showing mounting points. and yes have left transmission in for now, will remove later.
front suspension points are angled and not vertical so shimming was done and did not interfere with interior of front sheet metal.
Rear via 2 bolts in IMS location and to engine mount.
