Fuse box design questions

Hi,

So for a November 55 Oval (56) did the four fuse box come with a lid and if so with a metal knob or a plastic knob?

As for the two fuse box, I know that it definately came with a lid but same question. Was the knob plastic or metal?

No cover for the main fuse box and both of my 56's have a plastic knob on the headlight fuse box.
