After marking up all my cylinders and top and I noticed my bearing has a shiny spot. Should I be concerned.

Yep, dry spot. No big deal. I wouldn't even touch it.

If you want to make the whole surface shiny buff it with a cotton rag.
Makes no difference to the bearing. I think people like it tho.
Problem? why? It's lead bearing. People are always asking about how their bearings look.
The bearings with a lead based overlay always look interesting. But the different shades and patterns, in most cases, have no meaning.
Aluminum bearings look the same all the time and nobody asks, but they should.
So how does the bearing feel?
It's been waiting years to touch a crankshaft and it's very happy the day has finally come.

I would mic the bearing after case is torqued. I had a similar rub mark not long ago on a motor that had a very small particle imbedded in the case half which tweeked the bearing until clearance was only .0008". Removed the obstruction, but the bearing was already deformed. Crank would turn over easily with the case torqued. Replaced the bearing and all was well

check crank for runout as well as taper /barrell shaped/hourglass shaped. the crank should leave no marks. check line bore too.and make sure all the hardware is fully torqued.the big and small ones.
