Anyone have an IPB/details on proper assembly of a rocker arm?

Are you referring to the entire rocker shaft assy (4 rocker arms w/adj screws & locknuts, shaft, 2 support blocks, thrust washers, wave springs and retaining clips) ?

A rocker arm assy itself only consists of the rocker, adjuster screw and locknut.

From the Bentley manual. Slots in the two support blocks face up when the rocker assy is mounted in the cylinder head.
