FWIW:
Italian and Spanish Webers are both Webers made by Weber but made in a different factory / country.
Holley Webers, and Ford too, were a licensed deal very similar but slightly different. Most, if not all, jets etc interchange within the same type (DCOE, DG, ID, etc.) / size carb. EMPI may be the same.
