| Does anyone make a needle and seat for the Empi 34mm pict 3 carb that will not leak when engine is not running? This is not right especially with a new carb. |

EMPI? Good luck. Definitely contact EMPI, return it back if they cannot help.

| Did you check the float level? If set too high it can't turn off. Remove the top and use a short piece of gas line and blow in it and push the float up and see if it leaks. |
