Looking to buy the right size 6 volt battery for my 56 type 1. Anyone know a source. Interstate, Autozone, Advance Auto do not appear to have them. Thanks

L19s are hard to find. I'm surprised Interstate doesn't have. Give Burlington Foreign Car Parts in Vermont a call. Maybe they can help in some way. I haven't bought one in a few years. But they always had them.

Tried O'reily, Napa, Autozone, Interstate, came up empty.

The Optima red tops are also lost on a cargo ship.

Found a couple places that seem to show these batteries exist. I will need one in a couple of years.

My local NAPA has not let me down yet with old normal maintenance parts.

Autozone Duralast $99.99. This replaced a Duralast that was in there previously that lasted almost 10 years.

Group 1 is a tractor battery. It may be taller so watch out for poor fit.
