The previous owner of my Westfalia took some of the cabinets out of the van so I’m planing to replace them all with some modern designed stuff.

Do free plans exist? I mostly need dimensions and curvature so I can fit the cabinets to the sides of the van.

Not free but at $300 a reasonable price for plans for a great cabinet plan...

The cabinet build...

Consider contacting Louis Rhino Designs...

Search here for cabinets and you'll find threads and others who've built them for Vanagons, some may have what you need.

https://vanagonwestfaliaparts.com/collections/reimo/products/reimo-t3-interior-conversion-kit

Something we have been toying with. The shop is able to order them, would take a couple months. Not free plans by any means, but it’s a full setup.

Also this guy, Bu I never heard back from him:

Might have a better or easier time getting ahold of him on Instagram.

Some dimensions found therein - obviously in metric

Any chance you can forward the dimensions? Site seems to be inactive now

Bumpity bump.

Did anyone happen to get the plans/dimensions before that site crapped out?

Or, any other members with cabinet plans, dimensions, or designs?

I have a full Z bed and want to build something that will not interfere with the bed when laid out for sleeping (previous cabinets did interfere by a couple inches). I'm 6'4" and my feet already hang off.

Cabinets will be solely for storage; no faucet, stove, or refrigerator. They might end up being some of the simplest cabinets ever.....except....wait....my previous cabinets were exactly that; a discounted kitchen cabinet and actually fit very well except for said interference with deployed bed.

In my mind, the storage area will have lids from the top....so maybe this is more of a chest than a cabinet. ???

Rhino Designs Studio (and others) has some great cabinets but I'm too cheap for that and like to DIY as much as possible.

I'm reading through Samba threads and Google searches but thought I'd put my specific requirements here (hopefully I didn't high jack too much) so as to bump this thread as well.

This is a really good one....excellent work and documentation: https://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=...ht=cabinet

Thanks all for any thoughts or information.

The site crapped out when my old Asus router crapped out. I needed the old router for the credentials to switch it out to a new router, but the old one was no longer bootable...
the site is exactly the same, but I had to remove the hyphen - this should work for you :
