I have a squareback with dual carbs and cyl #2 is dead. Has 120 psi compression and good spark. Checked valve adjustment all good. I pulled the carbs and put in new kits. A little stumped right now.

A bad plug or plug wire can give you spark in the open but fail to spark under pressure in the cylinder. Check for corrosion in the distributor cap towers too.

Or a carbon track inside the distributor cap, even a slight crack in the cap close by #2 will allow spark to go to ground.
