1967 Beetle Sedan. I'm redoing my doors. I didn't find any of these clips when I took the door panel off but bought a few to put on. Where do they go?

They say "CLIP, holds metal felt run channel in place". Not sure what that means. I see the metal felt run channel. Bolted at the bottom.
