This post in a warning in dealing with Jon Labouf user JonL from Colorado.
I purchased a pair of handles he had listed in the classifieds. When I recieved the handles bot of them had cracked mounting bases wwhich was not disclosed or listed as such in the posting. when I notified Jon of this and my displeasure with the situation he said he need to check with" his friend" as the handles where not his.... ???? and he would get back to me.
Upoin recieving that reply I emailed back to state that this was a transaction between Jon and myself and no one else. Beyond that that the damage to the handles should have been disclosed.
I then sent photos of the handles to which he responded to imply that I damaged the handles by taking tham apart.. which is an entire assumption because all I did upon receipt of the handles was look at them and shake my head in disbelief that someone would actually send these handles to someone without disclosing the accurate condition.

To be continued.. I want to post this now as I see Jon Labouf is posting more adds today and I want others to be aware.

But to answer your reply here you state we were working it thru... What BS.. All you have to do is state that you are sorry the handle wernt as described and for the trouble. Please send the handles back and I'll refund your $$ immediately... PRETTY SIMPLE JON.. Thats how its done. Man up!

To the others whom are thinking about dealing with Jon... email or PM me for any details you want. BTW Everett already knows about this situation and has copies of all communications.

Still no reply to myself or Everett from Jon LaBouf.

I will update this once Jon does to remedy this situation.... Until then
Buyers Beware... and I dont recomend you paypal via Paypal gift or money order as he will suggest.

I did reply, you decided the outcome.

Again, you are welcome to post all communications from day 1 that I sent to your email if you like that will show everything.

This will be my last communication, all is in the emails that I sent to you on a daily basis. You closed the case and decided the outcome.

Okay lets try this again.. Send me the refund... and if you didn'nt understand that from the outset.. pretty simple. Thats what I wanted/desided not some accusations and BS about talking to "your friend". Until then you will enjoy updates here to your feedback and reputaiton. Good luck to you!

BTW if you think that posting more of the emails favors you in anyway I really encourage you to please do so... most here would like to know you.

I sent the handles back and recieved a refund form Jon. It cost me the return shipping and lots of email time with John to convince him that this was his problem I'm sure Everett involved is what caused Jon to agree to the refund.
