I'm thinking the black leather look!
Seriously, planning a 4000 mile journey with our bus, and would like to install a bra just for the trip. Anyone got one sitting on the shelf you want to sell me cheap? I see one in the classifieds, but I'm unsure how the grommet version would install. I did send that member a message, but thought I'd reach out to this group. |

I understand you’d like to keep the nose chip free on your trip. But, I’ve seen bras do what I would consider more damage. Most of the ones I’ve seen fit poorly and they rub. Causing scratches and usually dulling the paint. Not my bus, but I’d run with out one and touch up any chips when I returned.

| Thanks for the thought. I'm torn on the idea. I'd like to fit one and take a test run. I have one for my 66 Mustang, but never used it (except for its maiden voyage to Pensacola). That's what made me thought that there must be dozens of folks with old bras sitting on the shelf I could try on. |

I would not use the old bras from the 80s on your bus. There are much better alternatives.

| True, and good point. I see a thread where a guy cut his own, since he didn't find a laser cut version. Maybe I'll look more into that. |
