It doesn’t need to be a crop, there are plenty of fields with wild flowers too. _________________ Everybody born before 1975 has a story, good, bad, or indifferent, about a VW.

So I still may have a shot this weekend. I’m going to a different part of the city to visit a cousin.

Fields of spring flowering Crimson Clover. Taken 20 minutes ago!
That's the last drive. Before I switch engines for an upcoming Drag Racing event in June. _________________ I have learned over the years.

Well...., they are plants, and it's a field full of them, and they are flowering, I don't recall seeing where it was specified it had to be something ornamental. _________________ Rust NEVER sleeps and stock never goes out of style.

Nice pic.
Does the hood on top of your car help with front down force?
Sorry you were a little late on your post.
Come on folks. This in not that hard of a challenge.
Don't try to convince us that you never get a refreshment while driving you VW.

It is easy, that’s why I sit back and give the weekend warrior a crack at it
Maybe I’ll get a shot of a Benson Bubbler if nobody steps up in a couple days

Took my beetle to the local brewery today.
A new jubilee beer came out to celebrate 900 years of Norbertines
You see my beetle at the Abbey in Heverlee (Belgium), called Abdij van het Park (Park Abbey)
They started brewing again just over 1 year ago.
In the first picture: my beetle with the freshly bought beer on the hood, in the background you seen a wooden building, which is the shop.
The brewery itself is further in the background.
Some more pictures at the abbey.

Hey mid-west teams. This challenge is right up your alley.
Us west coast folks don't have many water towers out here.
BTW Zandman. Beautiful pics. Your 67 is lovely too.
Thank you for playing along.

67rustavenger, I drove by two this evening in the Vanagon. One in North Portland. The other on Hwy 84 near NE 122nd. We got them. Just need to find them. I would’ve taken a photo if my IPhone would take pictures at night.
Check this out 67rustavenger, maybe you recognize these I’m just being a d|€k
