I call it a rear body mount but I can't find anything on it in the classifieds. Is there another name I could search for? My car is missing both sides. Any help is greatly appreciated.

That is what it is. Normally you buy the whole panel though. _________________ '67 Beetle L41

I have the same problem, the previous owner of my 1965 vert hacked up the rear shock tower mount. I only found it sold on the whole panel which is called the "rear wheelhouse" so I waited for a sale to grab them. I will find somewhere else to use all the extra sheet metal when I cut out the mounts |

Try Virtanen Restoration Panels. Mika makes the '52 to '57 version of this body mount bracket. Beautifully made and totally robust. _________________ "Criticism comes easier than Craftsmanship"
