Diagnosis port label

I have this label on the diagnostic port I pulled out of a junkyard car, but it is unreadable. I would like to know what the correct number for this label would be for my 1972 super beetle. Also, does anyone reproduce this label, or know of anyone who can? Here are the best examples I can find of the label.

I found this for my 74 Super. While it's for a Thing and maybe not period correct. It will do the job,
at least for me.
