How much does a IDF carburetor weigh ?

Hi there. I am curious what an IDF carburetor with cast aluminum base, filter and top weigh if some on has one handy to weigh please. I have sold all my carbs and parts since going EFI and dual independent runner throttle bodies.
What I am working with right now is switching from dual throttle body set up to a single throttle body and dual turbo plenums. I was starting to get concerned that the plenums I am making are a little heavy. Contemplating if it would be wise to third stud my heads. I then measured what I have
Some of the weights I have come up with are
-2050 g previous dual ITBs each
-1866 g new turbo plenum each
- 910 g previous Cb offset manifold
- 956 g new big beef injector strait manifolds
- 2960 g Itbs and offsets manifold set up
- 2822 g new plenum + big beef set up
So I am now pleased to find out I am now 138 grams lighter with probably less leverage on the intake studs. Although the big beef manifold is taller than the offsets my plenum is lower than a carb/ filter set up
Still curious what the old carb set up I ran pre-fuel injection would weigh ? How about Kadron dual singles or any other dual/single carbs
Stock end casting ? Just out of curiosity haha
Under what conditions would one want to third stud the heads ?
I have a Baja that would subject them to harsher down force than a street car
