1960s Drivers Instruction Car from ACP (Portuguese Automobile Club). Driver side steering wheel looks like to be Basalt Gray, as the body color is admitly Black and that is unlikely to be a repaint.

Liewers must have been a large business/Dealer with many buildings around Vienna. I've seen other pictures labeled with the same name, but in more rural looking areas.
