Those look just the set I pulled from a buddy's 69 Square 2 years ago when I was doing a repop dash pad install. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

Where did they install? I've never seen them. |

They were used from 61 thru 70(last year). They go around the dash vent openings to hold the stock dash pad down in place (get screwed thru the dash pad). It even gets those plastic step washers under the screws. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

Funny you should mention repop dashpads. I have one, actually two, and they don't fit worth a crap. How on earth do you get one on and early (1967) car? |
Best thing is to leave it out in the sun to soften it up some, then try to install it the best you can. See those repop dash pads are short, and are designed to slip into a curved lip of sorts that was used starting in 71. What I did on my Notch, was install that lip from a 71 Square that had been parted out. It was easy too since I had the windshield out at the time. If I were to ever do it over, I'd use the whole curved strip, rather than sections like I did 20 years ago. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof
