Half way to the ground. We had just finished the front beam conversion. Now I’m in the process of putting the rear sub frame, trans and motor back in. Everything is built, just need to install. It’s a can o worms. Anytime you take something off the car you find yourself either cleaning, painting, modifying or replacing it.

Thanks. I’ve always liked the gas burner style wheels. These were on sale on CIP1 and picked them up for about half of what they are priced at now.
Originally they were completely chromed but that was a lot of bling. Too much bling, so I got the black paint out. _________________ Speed Leaving Without Warning . . .

Was the car originally red or blue? _________________ I'd be UNSTOPPABLE if not for Law Enforcement and PHYSICS.

Don't forget you'll need to take (machine) 9/16ths off the nose (nut side) of the hub off. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

Looks really good. Cant wait to see it 100% on the ground. I love my Squareback on the ground too. Nice work with the wheels. What beam did you go with? _________________ 1971 Squareback, fully bagged, 1776.
