I've finally bought a car from George. Upstanding guy.

There were a couple of issues with the car, and since they were within a couple of weeks of buying the car, George bought the parts and offered to install them....something I have never heard of before.

George knows his stuff and can be trusted completely. Thanks TraMarT!! You may be an ass, but I'd buy from you again!

You didn't buy it from me. You bought it from the Monster- In Law. And the stuff didn't fail in a few weeks- they failed in a few hours. Laughing Your luck buying cars stinks- Glad I could help a brother Sambanista out.

Of course, the Compound is within range of your potato cannon, but that had absolutely nothin' to do with it, I tell you!

I'm just glad there wasn't body damage to fix from side-swiping someone on Main St. Embarassed

I think my car-buying luck has changed. I've never owned a car of this quality and kewlness.

Update: don't ever buy a car from George! He'll end up storing one like it at your house for years on end! Laughing

EDIT: New page.

Curious...is this car outside the same one I was referring to back in this comment?

Once again, Tram comes through as a great buyer. No hassles and payment received quickly.

Tram went out of his way to help locate some missing fuel injection parts for my type 3.

Ordered a few parts from him, the process was quick and easy.

Parts arrived very well packaged.

Cant say more than enough good things, thank you Tram!

George is one of those guys that the hobby can never have enough of...

He emailed me about some Type 3 mufflers I had for sale, and mentioned that he had a couple Squarebacks he was restoring. After checking his several pages of glowing feedback, I decided that he would probably be a good home for all the leftover Type 3 stuff I had. He didn't do any hemming, hawing, lowballing, or trash talking of my parts - he just checked to make sure he was going to have enough money that month, and ponied up!
When I delivered the parts, George was where he said he'd be, helped unload, and comes off as a guy who has a smile on his face most of the time. Just a super pleasant guy to deal with all the way around!

Tram purchased some pieces from me, and not for the first time either! Although offered Alternative financial arrangements he declined and Instead raised the stakes somewhat by increasing my bottom line! Payment promptly laid down to my quarterdeck. Tram is a Class Act. Thanks very much George!!
