I can’t remember where I pulled this Westfalia cabinet part from. Where does it go, and what’s the strap for?

my WAG - looks like the underseat floor panel, and that someone added a strap to holt a battery down

I concur and I'll add that those little straps will NOT contain a battery in anything greater than a round-about..

And, if it is greenish and smells of coolant, probably good to not put it back under there... Leaky rear heater cores, etc. Mine is destined to become a template when I do my cabinets-out job, sometime in the future.

in the cabinet with the water tank - makes the space in the small cabinet door enclosed.
