I tested my AUX air regulator.
It seems to be opening up a bit when doing the freezer test, and it closes down quite a bit when I heated it up (never fully closed)
So I’ll install it again, (this time where it’s supposed to be, since it was just underneath the airflow meter before, not getting any heat) and I’ll see if it closes down like it should.
I’ll also test the connection/plug in to see if that’s getting proper voltage to help heat up the valve, but I’m guessing it probably isn’t.
It looks like busdepot has some reman ones, so worst case scenario, I can get one of those to help my issue.
Thank you all,

Solved!! (for now haha)
So I finally have my van running as it's supposed to. No more idle issues!!
I'm guessing the main issue I was having was that my Aux air regulator wasn't located in the correct place, which meant it wasn't heating up/closing at all. Obviously the pigtail that goes to it should also heat it up, but for whatever reason mine doesn't.
I located the Aux air valve back onto the engine so it'll get hot when the van starts warming up, and that seems to be working just fine.
I also replaced all of my vacuum lines, and put in a new throttle body/plenum seal since one of my original Digijet switches wasn't functioning properly.
So I'm not 100% sure what exactly fixed my idle issue, but I have a feeling it was largely due to the vacuum leak caused by the aux air valve staying open after warm up.
Thank you everyone for your help/suggestions during this process, hopefully I've got most of the issues worked out for a little while!
