Measure the diameter based off a factory wheel you need and talk to a local machine shop. Or take both wheels to the shop and tell them make this look like that.

I literally just did this to a different wheel a couple of days ago. As long as you have a small enough column diameter to start with you just ream the hole to the right size. As for the keyway, the "right" way to do it is with a broach but you can get away with careful filing, it just takes a few extra minutes.

Best is to get an adapter machined up. The machine shop will measure your existing woodruff key and any other dimensions. Also give them your Datsun wheel. Shouldn't be a problem for any competent shop. What NAES said !

that early datsun wheel is mighty expensive to modify for a bus. I think I would try to modify the steering shaft first
